Michael Hargrave (Professor and Council of Seven Member)

Michael Hargrave is a very old born vampire, no one knows his true age. Everyone speculates he is anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 years old. He is one of the original members and leader of the Council of Seven which represents the seven original bloodlines. There is more to the council then anyone knows. A secret Michael will one day have to tell. He is a strong leader and has been trying to fix the council since it fell. He believes Leah and Speed are the key to making things right again. He hates being called a vampire. For Michael doesn’t see himself as one. He was God’s right hand once.

 

Miles (Weapons Specialist Shadow Guard)

Miles / Latin: Soldier, Warrior

Hair & Skin: Collar length sandy blonde hair with light skin.

Eyes: AmberHeight: 6’2”

 

Miles is a 1600 year old born vampire of warrior class and has been a part of Speed’s inner circle from the beginning. He is married to Adar and Randy is their son. He also knows part of the story to Speed’s true identity. Miles keeps the Shadow Guard supplied with the best weapons possible and often goes out on patrol with the Shadow Guard.

 

Mogan (Leah’s Friesian War Horse)

Mogan / Danish: The Mighty

Height & Weight: 16’2 hands 1,500lbs

Color: Jet Black

 

Mogan is 400 hundred years old. He was mortally wounded in battle and would have died if Leah hadn’t dripped her blood into his wound. The blood not only healed him it made him immortal and gave him a super natural edge. Now in modern day Mogan is pretty much retired. The ancient battle field fighting has given away to automobiles and street fighting. Leah takes Mogan out for rides whenever she can so they both can blow off steam. Mogan doesn’t like retirement much.

 

Queron (Prince of the Hunter Clan and Speed’s Inside Man)

Queron / Celtic: The Dark

Hair & Skin: Collar length light auburn hair with light skin.

Eyes: Olive Green

Queron is a 1150 year old born vampire of royal blood. Queron is the younger brother of Ian and a member of the opposing clan now called The Hunters. Queron was a thoughtful compassionate boy, born into a family that had no compassion unless it got them something valuable in return. He was picked on by his older brother and his brother’s friends for being weak. His parents Anastasia and Delano were disappointed in him and were often hard on him in hopes it would break him of his weak ways. As a young boy he really tried to stay out of sight, out of mind. His life began to change the day his path crossed with a young warrior named Speed. Queron would never forget the day Speed saved him and his dog from a group of his brother’s friends. That day the bullying and cruelty had reached a whole new level. Speed swooped in to aid the young boy. Many years later their paths crossed again and Queron became a secret ally against his own family for Speed. Present day Queron leads a large group of Hunters and owns a night club called After Dark.

 

Randy “GT” (Tech Wizard, Mechanic and Shadow Guard in Training.)

Randy / Anglo-Saxon: Wolf Counsel

Randy is a 50 year old born vampire of upper warrior class. His parents are Miles and Adar who have always been faithful followers to Speed. Because he is Miles and Adar’s son, the upper echelon took him under their wing, this includes the Queen. Leah thinks of GT like a nephew. GT dreams of being a member of the Shadow Guard and hitting the streets with the legendary Shadows, Speed, Hawke and Leah. Hawke has taken to mentoring GT and helps him with his Shadow training. GT looks up to Hawke and goes to him to talk about things he wouldn’t talk to his parents about. He keeps the Shadow Guard vehicles in top shape and trains hard every chance he gets to one day be a member of the Shadow Guard. Randy will find out his bloodlines hold a secret. A secret that will shake up the upper ranks.

 

Raphael (Council of Seven Member)

Raphael / French: God has Healed

Hair & Skin: Long light brown hair with medium skin.

Eyes: Violet

Height 6’3”

 

Raphael fell from grace with Delano and Anastasia but he eventually chose a path of redemption. He was a bit of a player and a ladies man. He had a wicked sense of humor and his skill with a bow was unmatched. Raphael died in the battle in which the Light Bringers sent Delano to hell. He died in the heat of battle saving Ariella.

 

Seraphina (Council of Seven Member)

Seraphina / Hebrew: Burning One

Hair & Skin: Long black hair with tan skin.

Eyes: Amber

Height 5’9”

 

Seraphina fell from grace and was killed in battle by Michael. Seraphina had a child before she died and only Michael and Gabriel know who and where this child is. Seraphina couldn’t break free of her addiction to the hunt and blood straight from the human source.

 

Speed (Captain of the Shadow Guard)

Speed / Anglo-Saxon: Success, Swiftness

Hair & Skin: Shoulder length black hair with tan skin.

Eyes: Caribbean Blue

Height 6’4”

 

Speed is a 1200 year old born vampire. He comes from the warrior class bloodlines so everyone thinks. His skill, speed, strength and healing ability suggest that of royalty not warrior class. No one has questioned this publicly. Speed is a respected leader and warrior in the clan. Even his enemies have a healthy respect for him. When Speed walks into a room everyone takes notice. He is the embodiment of honor, justice and heroism. Speed has many secrets and some he has decided to keep buried but even he doesn’t know the whole truth. He was saved and raised by Michael Hargrave. Speed follows Michael’s guidance almost blindly. There was a time when Speed was consumed with getting revenge for the death of his parents. As the years go by, his focus changes to serving Leah and keeping her alive. Speed feels responsible for her new life as a vampire. Some things just do not seem as important as they once were. He has a new family now.

 

Storm Ryan (Chief of Police’s daughter)

Storm is the police chief’s daughter. She and her father were rescued from a Hunter vampire attack when she was just 10 by Leah. Since then Storm has been obsessed with Leah and her Shadows. She is now 21 and spends her nights looking and hoping to catch a glimpse of Leah and her crew. This however is a dangerous hobby in which her father forbids her from doing. Despite her father’s rules she does manage to sneak out from time to time in hopes of seeing the Shadow Guard.

 

Zane (Upper Level Shadow Guard Tracker)

Zane / Hebrew: God is Gracious

Hair & Skin: Shoulder length black hair with light to medium skin.

Eyes: Emerald

Height 6’

 

The Spaniard is a born vampire of warrior class bloodlines. He is a skilled tracker. He tracks with his best friend the big Viking Keegan. They make an odd pair but are very good at what they do. As far as rank is concerned they are both just below Hawke. Speed and Hawke both know they can count on Zane and Keegan when things get crazy.
